Ightham Mote a National Trust Site

Nestling in a sunken valley, Ightham Mote, dating from 1320 with important later additions and alterations, is a rare example of a moated medieval manor house

It was a great day out and I took many photos of this great Medieval manor House.




In this shot, I hoped to reveal the soft surface of the water against the hard stone of the cherub.


The lady was explaining about the property, a very natural shot. The lighting was also effective in this shot.


Capturing the detailed carving of the cross. good level of exposure.


Great sense of color of the stain glass window.


Capturing the fine work of craftsmanship. 


Focusing on the vase, I thought the subdued lighting was good. The texture of the


Lovely Detail.
